Senator Rucker moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. For Senate Bill 2027 -- A Bill to amend and reenact §18-9D-15 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to allowing a public charter school to apply to the School Building Authority for funding for certain costs; and allowing the authority to approve the amount of funding it determines appropriate from monies appropriated to the authority for the benefit of public charter schools.
